After completing her education, Radhika began her career as a business strategy consultant at Cedar Consultants in Mumbai. She then worked with "Desai & Dewanji" and "India First" businesses before joining Isprava, a renowned real estate firm. At Isprava, Radhika serves as a sales manager, where her strategic thinking and business acumen have been instrumental in the company's success.[4]

Radhika gained widespread attention in June 2022 when her future in-laws hosted her arangetram, a debut on-stage performance of Bharatanatyam, which was attended by several high-profile Bollywood celebrities and the Ambani family.
