Gaurav Taneja is an Indian YouTube personality, fitness expert, and pilot. He is best known for his popular fitness-related YouTube channel 'Flying Beast', which has over 6 million subscribers.[1]

Early life and education

Gaurav Taneja was born on 5 October 1986 in Allahabad, India.[2] He completed his B.Tech in Computer Science from Harcourt Butler Technological Institute, Kanpur.[3] Taneja then obtained a commercial pilot's license and worked as a commercial pilot for IndiGo Airlines.[4]

YouTube career

In 2016, Taneja started a YouTube channel called 'Flying Beast' focused on fitness, health, and aviation.[5] The channel quickly gained a large following, with Taneja posting workout routines, vlogs about his life as a pilot, and other informative content.[6]

As of 2023, the Flying Beast channel has over 6 million subscribers and over 500 million views.[7] Taneja is known for his detailed exercise and diet plans, as well as his honest and relatable communication style.
