Rajat Dalal was born on 12 January 1996 in Faridabad, Haryana. He showed an interest in sports from a young age. Rajat completed his schooling from Tagore Academy Public School and later studied at Manav Rachna University.[2]
Career
Rajat began his career in powerlifting and quickly gained prominence in the field. He set a world record in deadlift, lifting 302.5 kg (666.5 lbs) in the 90 kg weight class for the men's junior 20-23 category.[3]
